Vector Energy Africa is the public-facing trading brand. The legal entity is HCC Century City (Pty) Ltd t/a Vector Energy Africa, Reg No. 2016/307054/07, registered in South Africa, with its physical address and address for the receipt of legal notices at 89A Strawberry Lane, Constantia, Western Cape, 7806. The company can be contacted by telephone on +27 21 030 0208 or by email at info@vectorenergy.africa. Vector Energy Africa does not currently subscribe to any industry code of conduct or hold any professional, industry or accreditation membership beyond those (if any) held by its individual directors and team members. 2. General Information Only

Website content is not a binding technical, financial, engineering, tax or legal proposal. Any project scope, pricing, savings estimate, performance expectation, funding structure or commercial arrangement must be confirmed in a signed written agreement.

3. Project Information and Technical Experience

Project examples, operating references, engagements and technical-experience imagery are identified according to the context in which they are presented. The inclusion of a site, image or technical reference should not be interpreted as confirmation that Vector Energy Africa was the contracting party, owner or developer of that infrastructure unless expressly stated. Client, site and project names are published only where appropriate and permitted. Certain imagery may illustrate genuine prior technical experience without identifying the underlying site or client.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Energy savings, uptime improvement, tariff optimisation and financial outcomes depend on site conditions, consumption profiles, tariffs, equipment, operational behaviour, grid availability and final engineering design. No outcome is guaranteed from website content alone. Performance figures or savings presented for a particular project relate to that project and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of equivalent results at another site.

5. Funded Solutions

References to funded infrastructure, Power Purchase Agreements or no-upfront-equipment-purchase structures are subject to site-specific technical, commercial, credit, property, regulatory and funding assessment. Availability, pricing, scope, term and contractual structure are confirmed only through approved project documentation.

6. Energy Assessment Information and Submission Warranties

Information or documents submitted through an Energy Assessment are provided for evaluation and project-development purposes. Submission does not constitute acceptance of a project, approval of funding, a technical recommendation, an offer or a binding commitment by either party.

By submitting information or documents, you confirm that you are authorised to submit them, that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation or third party's rights, that you have not included personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary, and that the content is not malicious or unlawful. You grant Vector a limited right to use submitted material only for assessment purposes and related project discussions; this does not transfer ownership of your material to Vector.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to: gain unauthorised access to any system or data; introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code; interfere with website security or normal operation; carry out automated scraping or data extraction that places an unreasonable burden on the website; impersonate any person or entity or make fraudulent submissions; or upload content you are not authorised to share, or that is unlawful, malicious or infringes another party's rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, visuals, copy, layouts, diagrams and media remain the property of Vector Energy Africa, HCC Century City (Pty) Ltd or their licensors and may not be copied, adapted or reused without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may refer to or integrate third-party services such as hosting, maps, forms, video, analytics or email services. We are not responsible for third-party content, service availability or external privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. No Offer or Binding Proposal

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding proposal, a quotation or a guarantee of terms, pricing, funding approval or project delivery. A commercial relationship is only formed through a signed written agreement following formal assessment and approval.

Figures, diagrams, technical illustrations, indicative savings and system configurations shown on this website are illustrative and provided for general guidance only, unless expressly stated as verified. Actual outcomes depend on site-specific technical, commercial, tariff and operating conditions determined through formal assessment.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that this website will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We may suspend, restrict or discontinue access to all or part of the website, without notice, for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.

14. Consumer Protection Act

Where applicable, nothing in these Terms of Use limits any right a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where these terms conflict with a non-excludable provision of that Act, the Act prevails to that extent.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HCC Century City (Pty) Ltd t/a Vector Energy Africa harmless against any claim, loss, damage or cost arising from your misuse of this website, breach of these terms, or reliance on website content otherwise than as permitted under these terms, to the extent permitted by South African law. This indemnity does not extend to loss caused by Vector's gross negligence, wilful misconduct or unlawful conduct, and remains subject to the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

16. Severability and Non-Waiver

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002, to the extent applicable to website use and electronic communications. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising from your use of this website.

18. Amendments and Effective Date

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our website, practices or applicable law. The version published on this website applies to your use of the website at that time. Material project arrangements remain governed by their own signed agreements regardless of later changes to these Terms of Use.
